COMPLETE BUILDING RENOVATION
CTX solutions provided Construction Program Management services to GSN Construction for the high-end renovation of the Taylor Flats, a 26 unit condo complex. The entire building was renovated: building envelope - roof, windows, masonry, storefront, doors; architectural finishes - hardwood floors, ceramic walls & floors, drywall partitions, millwork, appliances; electrical system - power distribution, lighting, telecommunications; mechanical system - HVAC equipment & ductwork; plumbing system – water and waste lines, fixtures.
CTX provided telecommunications engineering and structured cabling for the installation of the voice and cable TV system in the Taylor Flats. The system consisted of 60 TV drops, 50 cable drops, distribution taps, system amplifiers, punch down blocks, enclosure boxes, and face plates with final terminations.

CTX solutions provides Program Management services to RDU Masonry a company that builds the brick and block exterior portions of commercial facilities. CTX creates standardized management forms for the administration of the masonry contract.
