He participated in all phases of office and field construction management, including the following activities:
+ cost estimating - developed a $100,000 saving in marble flooring; + change orders - estimating, negotiations, & procurement pkges; + submittals - review, mark-up, submit, track, and log; + correspondance - RFIs, PCOs, safety meetings, and memos; + field sketches - resolved constructability issues with A&E; + drawing review - A&E submissions and subs' shop drawings; + field inspections - QC reviews, subs' daily reports, and punch list; + subcontractor management - field supervision of interior trades. |

Ms. Foxcroft specializes in professional management systems with emphasis on standardizing operational methods and financial procedures. She is a graduate of LSE, regarded as Europe's premier institution to study: economics, international relations, operational research, political science, and social policy.
Ms. Foxcroft provides CTX with project management services for the implementation of multiple projects through an approach that focuses on the:
• economics of standardization (quantitative analysis); • social context of management (client and team member relations); • effective operational procedures (project manual preparation); • management consultancy (financial project management); with, • administrative services and operational support (executive level).
Ms. Foxcroft has intern experience, as well as, professional practice with large project teams in finance and construction management. She participated in scope development and review of “green”, sustainable design elements with private consulting firms for city planning agencies in the following projects:

The Senedd Building - Welsh National Assembly center – opened in March of 2006, construction value £67m sterling ponds (~$1.34 billion US Dollars), in Cardiff Bay, Wales (UK), the main assembly room - Siambr Room - is photographed to the left. Sustainable Design: Welsh oak timber used for millwork, acoustic wall panels and flooring; Welsh slate counter tops and flooring; a heat exchange system that utilizes thermo-energy through the old dock piping underneath the structure; and, a skylight at the Siambr for natural lighting. |
Project Rebirth (the new World Trade Center) Freedom Tower, estimated project value $11 billion, in New York City, NY. Sustainable Design: two pools of water in the footprints of the twin towers, surrounded by trees; natural light penetrates the courtyard to the train platforms 60-feet below street level; vehicular traffic passes through the site; with an alternate wind power generating source.

Mr. Austin is a Construction Project Manager with 7 years of experience in commercial and residential renovation projects. He has hands-on experience as an interior finishes tradesman, as well as, superintendent and project manager. Mr. Austin has acted as developer manager in the construction of several “total gut” and rebuild renovations. He also managed the demolition and new construction for high-end single family homes in Chicago, IL.
